How does staffing work? Is it necessary to schedule an interview appointment?

If you are interested, give us a call and the staff will guide you through the process easily.  You will complete an application and our staff will get your employment history, job duties and skills and learn what sort of job you are seeking so we can determine a good fit for a new position.

Am I contracted to only have Vision find me a job, or can I keep looking?

You are not contracted to work only with Vision, we are just another avenue and we encourage you to use all resources available to you! Our ultimate goal is that you find the job you love!

What happens if I don’t like the assignment I’m placed on?

Vision follows strict quality assurance guidelines and we routinely follow-up with our employees after they have begun their assignments, in order to determine if it is the right match for them. If a field employee prefers, a change of assignment can be made to ensure everyone’s satisfaction.

Will I ever be able to get a permanent job if I start working for a staffing service?

Yes, many companies will consider their temporary workforce to satisfy an internal staffing need before recruiting outside their organization.

How long will it take to find me a job?

We’ve had candidates come into our door that start the next day, and some that it can take months! It all depends on the clients’ hiring process, availability of the positions desired and hiring requirements. We take great pride in matching the right job to the right person One Person At A Time.

How much do your positions pay?

Pay rates are determined by job description, employee work history and job skill level. Wages are comparable to full-time wages for positions with the same skills and experience requirements. Our staff will be happy to discuss pay rates at the time of your interview.

Does Vision offer any benefits to its temporary employees?

Vision offers one of the most comprehensive benefits programs in the staffing industry. The program includes health, dental, vision, prescription coverage, disability and term life insurance for you and your family.  You may choose to be paid via payroll debit card or direct deposit, plus we have other benefits such as  a 401(k) plan, rewards bonuses, referral bonuses, complimentary software training and tutorials, resume, and interviewing assistance.
