Heather has worked for Vision Staffing Solutions in a variety of positions and gained experience in all aspects from Accounting to Recruiting & Business Development; Prior to Vision Staffing she worked in merchandising at Target Corporation. She acquired a BA from the University of St. Thomas and later achieved her MBA.
She is involved nationally on committees with the American Staffing Association as well as locally in the Minnesota Recruiting & Staffing Association. She stays connected to the communities we serve through her work with the Rogers Rotary Club where she is active with the Strive program at Rogers High school, the I94 West Chamber of Commerce, and is proud of her 10+ years volunteering with Junior Achievement. As an experienced recruiter and networker, she truly appreciates connecting people and values helping both clients and employees…One Person at a Time.
What do you really do at work: I challenge myself to find new ideas or solutions for my customers. At the end of the day – progress and improved efficiency for their team is a win for me and my team! I also get to wear an earpiece telephone and frequently pretend I’m singing in concert at my desk.
Why do you love your job: I love my job because I’m helping people and making a difference every single day. It is absolutely, positively beyond rewarding.
Interesting fact about you: I have ridden an elephant in Thailand.
What do you do outside of work: I am spending time with family, exploring or planning my next adventure!
