As our Managing Partner: Sales/Marketing/IT, Tiffany plays a key role in the Vision team. She joined Vision full-time in 2006 after working part time while she obtained a BS Degree in Community Health. Tiffany has years of experience growing up in the industry and is very skilled at identifying, evaluating and placing staffing talent. Over the years, she has moved through the ranks, from administrative assistant, recruiter, managing and developing the Vision team as the Director of Staffing, to increasing growth and revenues as an Operations Manager and now leads the company as a Managing Partner, overseeing the Sales/Marketing/IT aspects of the business. Tiffany’s emphasis on the importance of technology, innovation, and customer service helps drive The Vision Companies forward and creates a strong footprint in our industry. She is involved nationally working with the American Staffing Association and has been on the Board of Directors for our local state association, Minnesota Recruiting and Staffing Association (MNRSA) since 2009 and served as the President of MNRSA in 2017. She truly enjoys her job and tries to bring out the best in others and create opportunities wherever she can find them by working hard and moving forward. She believes in finding the right person, not the first person to fit each company’s needs….One Person at a Time.
What do you do when you’re not working: I have to always be busy. If I am not busy, I am not working hard enough. Raising our family of four boys, helping to run a family farm, or fixing and re-organizing our house; I need to be doing something. I do not like to say no, but I am learning that you do not have to say no, but you can say “not right now”!
Motto you live by: This is ever changing. I do not just live by one motto, I live by many! But each motto always has something to do with, Living life, Laughing a lot, Passion in everything you do, Working hard and earning what you get!
Secret Ambition: To be a surgeon or be a detective . . . and travel the world! There is so much beauty that I have not seen yet and can not wait to do it!
Favorite Sports: Volleyball and hockey!
