Day 6: Magic
At the end of the day we’re matchmakers – but what we do and how we do it is so much more than that. That concept alone is hard to articulate, I’ll let the stories do it for me…
- We loved Janet – she had been a retail manager for 7 years and was looking for stability in her hours for her family. She didn’t think she would qualify for an office job…”I was just emailing to let you know that I did get the office manager job at the chiropractic office!! I cannot believe it, I am so happy. Out of 174 applicants, he picked me! I do have you to thank, because coming in and talking with you, really opened my eyes to the value and knowledge I bring to the table and this built my confidence. A lesson learned in life, to NEVER GIVE UP! I will, in the future, refer anyone that I know, to your company, specifically to you.
- We popped by a client to check on a new start to see how they were doing, they said: “She is SUCH a great fit! To which we replied, “that’s what we pride ourselves with, trying to make that match.” She went on and said, “I have worked with quite a few services and you ARE a step above the rest! Keep doing what you are doing and when I have a need again, I will be coming back to you!”
- From a candidate who we’ve worked with for many years, who has been hired on perm, laid off in hard times, moved out of state, came back and we placed in a direct hire role and who we now just placed again in a direct hire role when his company closed down; “I’m having a blast, this is a great fit for all involved….will you help my sister out? She could use a spear of that connection magic you have developed so well.”
