  • Maintain professional and respectful interactions with customers.
  • Maintain a clean and work-appropriate appearance while at customer locations.
  • Follow established safety procedures while loading, unloading, and handling materials.
  • Assist with additional delivery-related responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • Exceptional attendance and punctuality are required.
  • Must be highly dependable and committed to reporting to work at the communicated start time each scheduled day.
  • Must be comfortable with daily start times that vary based on delivery routes.
  • Ability to accommodate schedule information communicated by the driver the day before each route.
  • Ability to work approximately 10-hour days, with some days running shorter or longer depending on route requirements and unforeseen delays.
  • Ability to lift and handle products weighing up to 100 pounds.
  • Ability to perform frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, loading, and unloading throughout the workday.
  • Ability to safely handle large and potentially awkward building materials.
  • Ability to follow directions and work effectively alongside the delivery driver.
  • Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
  • Professional, respectful, and customer-service-focused demeanor.
  • Must maintain a clean and work-appropriate appearance.
  • Comfortable working in a physically demanding position.
  • No driving is required for this position.

Working Conditions:

  • Work may be performed indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
  • Typical start time is approximately 5:00 AM but may be earlier or later depending on the day's route.
  • Daily start times will be communicated in advance by the driver.
  • Workdays are generally approximately 10 hours but may be shorter or longer depending on delivery volume, route requirements, traffic, and unforeseen delays.
  • Position follows a four-day rotating weekday schedule, with the scheduled weekday off changing approximately every four weeks.
  • Saturdays and Sundays are off.
