Job Summary:
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Production Worker – Final Assembly to support final assembly operations. This hands-on position is responsible for assembling components, using hand and power tools, inspecting completed products, and ensuring finished products meet quality and customer specifications before shipment.
The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, reliable attendance, and the ability to work efficiently while maintaining a high level of accuracy and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble finished products according to work instructions and specifications.
- Use hand and power tools to complete assembly tasks.
- Install and secure components accurately.
- Inspect completed products to ensure they meet established quality standards.
- Identify and report defects, missing components, or other quality concerns.
- Maintain accuracy and attention to detail throughout the assembly process.
- Follow production requirements and meet daily output goals.
- Package and prepare completed products for shipment as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow all company safety procedures and production requirements.
- Work collaboratively with team members to maintain an efficient production flow.
- Assist with additional production and assembly duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred.
- Experience using hand and power tools preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to read, understand, and follow written and verbal instructions.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable performing repetitive, hands-on assembly work.
- Dependable, safety-conscious, and willing to learn.
- Ability to meet established production and quality expectations.
Working Conditions:
- Fast-paced manufacturing and production environment.
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive movements.
- Repetitive assembly and material handling tasks throughout the workday.
- Ability to regularly lift and handle materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Regular use of hand tools, power tools, and production equipment.
- Required use of appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Must be able to safely perform physical duties while maintaining established production and quality standards.
