Once you work 1500 hours within a calendar year (January to December), you will receive vacation pay. Your vacation pay is equal to one week’s average pay (not to exceed 40 hours). You need not actually take any time off; your vacation pay will automatically be issued to you the month after you qualify.
Our employees work at many different companies with different holiday schedules. Therefore, traditional holidays do not apply. Additionally, our employees do not get paid when they do not work. For every 340 hours you work within a calendar year (January to December), you will receive one day’s average pay. As with the vacation pay, you need not actually take time off. This additional pay will automatically be issued to you the month after you qualify. You may earn this additional pay up to 6 times each year.
Vision Staffing Solutions offers information provided by a broker on a variety of health plans available to our employees. You may choose the best plan that gives you comprehensive coverage. Please ask a Vision Staffing Solutions staff member for an information packet.
As a Vision Staffing Solutions employee, you are eligible to participate in our 401(K) plan if you are at least 21 years of age and have completed one year of service in which you worked at least 1000 hours. You can contribute up to 100% of your pay. For more information on our plan and how to prepare for your future, please ask your Staffing Specialist.
Vision Staffing Solutions offers tutorials for employees who wish to refresh their skills or learn a new software application for a future assignment. Time on our computers is free of charge and we accommodate your work schedule whenever possible. Please call ahead to schedule.
