Ramzes was born in sunny Phoenix, AZ, but has called Minnesota home for most of his life. He earned his associate’s degree in Architectural Drafting before finding his true passion in recruiting, building relationships, and connecting with people from all walks of life. Outside of work, he enjoys staying active through hiking, biking, running, hunting, fishing, and competing in bag leagues. A big football fan and dedicated fantasy football player, he’s also a lifelong movie buff who never turns down a film night—especially a Lord of the Rings marathon. Ramzes favorite time is spent with his wife Tara, their energetic 4-year-old son Oliver, and their two miniature dachshunds.
What is something people don’t know about you? I love to read comics.
What is a fun fact about you? I’m a proud Eagle Scout, something only about 5% of Boy Scouts achieve. It taught me leadership, perseverance, and the importance of serving other, qualities I carry into everything I do.

What are your hobbies? Play in Bag Leagues, read comics, gym, and spend time in the outdoors.
What do you do outside of work? I am an active outdoorsman such as hiking, biking, running, hunting, fishing, or traveling.
