I was born and raised in Minnesota and grew up in the area. I started my career in Education where I taught both Kindergarten and First Grade. After six years of teaching, I made the leap to recruiting and am absolutely loving it. I’ve always valued helping others and making strong connections and I love that recruiting allows me to do just that on a daily basis. It is such rewarding work! I love spending time with my extended family, husband, and our new little one.
1) What do you do outside of work?:We welcomed a baby boy in June of 2023. When I am not working you can find me spending time with my family or (if I’m lucky) catching up on sleep whenever I can!
2) What I love about my job: There are so many things! First and foremost, I love building connections and getting to know people on a deeper level. I love helping people find their “perfect fit” and seeing their excitement as they start a new chapter.
3) What are your hobbies: My husband and I love to travel! While we love to go back to our favorite spots like the Black Hills and Kauai, we have so many other places on our bucket list. I would love to explore Europe next!
4) Favorite Movie/TV Shows: Grease has always been my all-time favorite movie. I also really enjoy documentaries!
5) What is something people don’t know about you?:I have a major fear of heights. I shocked myself and my family when I made a last-minute decision to go skydiving while on a family vacation—such an amazing experience, but NEVER again!
